Redesign concept  ·  The Banking Club  ·  Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Wall Street Studios LLC, owner and operator of The Banking Club brand ("The Banking Club," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit thebankingclub.com or any of our related subdomains and funnel pages (including start.thebankingclub.com, link.thebankingclub.com, and email.thebankingclub.com), book a call with us, communicate with us, or enroll in our services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

If you enroll as a client, your signed Client Services Agreement contains additional terms about how we handle your information. If that agreement conflicts with this Privacy Policy, the agreement controls.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly.

Information collected automatically.

Information from other sources. We may receive campaign performance and conversion data from advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta and Google), transaction confirmations from payment processors, and publicly available professional information (such as your public LinkedIn profile) where relevant to providing the Services.

Categories under U.S. state privacy laws. The information above falls into these legal categories: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address, cookie IDs); professional or employment-related information; commercial information (services considered or purchased, billing records); internet or other electronic network activity (pages viewed, video watch progress, funnel interactions); approximate location (inferred from IP address); audio and video information (recorded calls); and inferences drawn from the above (such as program fit and likely interest in our services).

A note on work-authorization status. Some laws treat citizenship or immigration status as sensitive personal information. We ask about U.S. work-authorization status solely to assess program eligibility, use it only for that purpose, and do not disclose it for marketing.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

When you provide your phone number through our forms or booking pages, you consent to receive text messages from The Banking Club, including appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups if we miss each other, and occasional updates about our services. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to deliver the messages themselves (for example, our messaging platform and mobile carriers).

5. Calls and Recordings

Sales, enrollment, and strategy calls are conducted by phone or video conference (such as Zoom) and may be recorded and transcribed using tools such as Fathom. We use recordings and transcripts for quality, training, and record-keeping - including documenting the targets agreed for your program, which serve as the record under our Client Services Agreement. By joining a call after notice that it is being recorded, you consent to the recording. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call.

6. Cookies, Pixels, and Analytics

We and our partners use the following technologies on our sites:

You can control these technologies by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, using the ad-preference controls offered by Meta and Google, and, where applicable, sending a universal opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control, which we treat as a request to opt out of targeted advertising where required by applicable law. Our sites do not respond to legacy browser "Do Not Track" headers, which lack an accepted standard. If you disable cookies, parts of the booking flow may not pre-fill or work as smoothly.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:

8. Client Data and Confidentiality

If you enroll in a program, we handle additional sensitive material - compensation details, work-authorization status, application accounts and assets, interview outcomes, and signed offer letters. Offer letters are never shared publicly and are used only to verify results and maintain alumni records. Team members and contractors who handle client data are bound by confidentiality obligations.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, California, New Jersey, and a growing number of other states), you may have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email team@thebankingclub.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity (typically by matching the email or phone number on file) and respond within the time required by applicable law. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. You may also use an authorized agent where the law allows. California residents: because we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing, no separate "Shine the Light" opt-out is needed.

10. Email Marketing

If you opt in to our emails, we send appointment-related messages and marketing emails such as our founder letters. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails but not transactional messages about an active booking, enrollment, or account. We automatically stop emailing subscribers who have not engaged with our emails for an extended period.

11. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain accurate placement and alumni records. Lead information that does not result in enrollment is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for marketing purposes and is then deleted or de-identified. You may request deletion at any time (Section 9).

12. Security

We protect personal information using commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls and confidentiality agreements with team members and contractors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security - please use care when transmitting sensitive information.

13. Children

The Services are built for working professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (including children under 13, consistent with COPPA). If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. United States Only

We operate from the United States, and our programs are designed for U.S.-based, work-authorized professionals. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed and stored in the United States.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above shows the latest revision, and material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
